Rooms are big and clean, staff always smiling and helpful. Breakfast just amazing with local and international food. We tried once the dinner buffet and was worthy as well. The position of the Hotel is just perfect, in the middle of Nha Trang. The only little issue is that the number of beach deck chairs are not enough and if you want to use it you have to go to the beach pretty early. Anyway, overall satisfied .

Here we go again. After the miserable experience in Phuket again had to stay at a Novotel. I did not book as I promised myself I would not any longer. Accor is definitely the last choice when it comes to booking. This hotel is as old as the city. Good location, very central, but why not renovate it? And beside renovation that has a cost, what about at least clean the front glass walls? Very dirty hotel with tired furniture and a really bad food offering. Please don’t offer international cuisine when you can only make ketchup spaghetti and cardboard tasteless pizza? Go only if the price is the only matter when it comes to stays.

The people in this hotel made the stay amazing. They are wonderful. Helpful. Couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre. You can walk everywhere. Crossing the road to the beach was interesting lol. Great place to stay. Loved it.

Great location central to beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff in hotel were professional warm, caring and friendly. Had great conversation with Huy at the Novotel Nha Trang every day. He checked if we were enjoying our stay and have us advice on aces to go. A great guy Thanks again

The breakfast buffet has a large selection of foods and is well prepared. The best part is the staff, they are very attentive and always willing to help. I especially receive outstanding service from both Ms Thanh, Ms Linh and Ms Huong . They are very caring and their English is so good. It is a pleasure to visit here.
